Terms and conditions (delivery and returns)
Our aim is to ensure that you are happy with both the piece but also the service. With this in mind we will do all we can to get the piece to you in the smoothest way possible. We will communicate with you at every step of the process, answer any questions you may have and be as flexible as possible with arrangements. Please do get in touch with any questions prior to purchase.
Collections and viewings welcome from our base in Manningtree, Essex.
Please contact us during the purchase to coordinate a pickup date and time. After purchase, we will ensure the item is prepared and available for collection at the agreed upon location, date and time.
For smaller items we can send via Royal mail and we will advise you of the postage costs, if not already entered on the product description.
For larger items we can arrange delivery across the UK, Europe, and Internationally, please supply your postcode and we will come back to you with a quote. For local items we can deliver personally for a small cost.
As every order is unique, the costs of delivery will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. When available, special delivery conditions such as fixed price or free delivery will be displayed under the relevant product/ piece. The costs of delivery may vary depending on access restrictions, or special requests from a buyer.
The costs of delivery are either charged to the PayPal account or payment card used to make the purchase, or paid in cash directly to the courier on the arrival of your new purchase.
To request an accurate delivery quote, before purchase please go to the contact page and email us via email@example.com. A delivery quote will be provided and this cost will be added to your purchase payment.
Please allow up to one week before your delivery date is confirmed. The seller or their courier will contact you directly to make delivery arrangements.
If the buyer cancels an order after an item has already been dispatched for delivery, the costs of delivery are non-refundable.
In case of a return, the costs of delivery (i.e. outbound delivery costs) are non-refundable, unless we find that the item was damaged in transportation or determines the listing was inaccurate, misleading, or misrepresented the item.
